Price quotes are an estimate based on the intial basic details provided and are valid for 30 days. After the 30 day time period has expired, your project will need to e re-evaluated and the price quoted may change.

While my price quotes are valid for 30 days, they are not guaranteed. As a price quote is generated based on initial details provided by you, it is possible that the actual cost may either increase or decrease. Typically, any changes are minimal.

Some things that can have a more drastic effect on the price can include:

• Additional requests on top of what was discussed prior to the quote being issued.
• A change in your time requirements (how quickly you need your project completed.
• A change in the price of any third party products or services being used to create your project.
